Bio

Khadiza Tun Suha is a researcher in the Taebi Lab with prior experience in computational fluid dynamics, medical image processing, and cardiovascular hemodynamics. She earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, where her thesis focused on CT-based 3D and finite element modeling to evaluate hemodynamic boundary conditions in aortic dissection cases. During her time at Michigan Tech, she served as a research assistant contributing to projects in medical image segmentation, feature extraction, and arterial fluid simulations across abdominal and cerebral networks. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bangladesh, where she developed a non-contact video-based monitoring system to calculate respiratory metrics in pediatric pneumonia patients, and brings experience from the telehealth startup sector.
