The main web page for IR/Asia 163 is now available. It will take a day or two longer to complete the HTML conversion of the syllabus. The page listing student papers will be available when papers are submitted.
The web pages for IR/ASIA 163 Japan in World Affairs will be available by the end of the week.
A new-and-improved HOWTO on submitting your research papers for inclusion on this web site is being authored. This will include a better explanation of the two files formats used to publish the papers online, for those not familiar with them. Hopefully this will result in less confusion and better document formatting for Prof. Wylie and other students!
