The major issue when designing a survey is to make sure that you need and will use the results of each question. The results should be used to measure an improve your services. The results can also be very useful when asking for support for the project from other areas of the university. At Lehigh, the results were shared with residential services who saw the project as a major way of attracting students to live on campus. It was also seen as a way to market Lehigh to parents.
