Lehigh University (a private institution) and Stony Brook University (a large, public institution) come to together to discuss how each school manages its Blackboard courses (course requests, course setup, archiving and deletions). The support structures at both schools will be discussed, leading to a group discussion to discover how other schools are managing their Blackboard system and supporting their faculty and students.
