Documentation is another area where we need improvement. The best year was the fall of ‘95 and from our standpoint since it was the second year of our Windows 3.1 roll out with most of the documentation and software being fully tested and developed. Last year was the first year of Windows 95 for the WIRED project and along with the IR reorganization was a major cause of this year’s results.
