The response rate in the first year was fairly good since these were volunteers in a special residential living unit. The next two years we had a response rate of over 30% which was what we were shooting for. Last year our rate was only 10% due mainly to the timing of the survey. We did however get a total of 169 responses and looking at the results as a whole they do not seem out of line with the results from previous years. As you can see the ratio of males to females remains about the same and indicates that more male bring computers than females which has also been seen in our yearly survey of incoming freshmen (should I say fresh students).
