Please note that this is the test server locator. It will
be moved soon but that new URL will probably be databases.lib.lehigh.edu/finder
and will be linked from many places on the University Libraries web site
at www.lehigh.edu/library. Also SPIN has been added to the Database
Finder. Faulkner IT Studies Company Profiles, Stat-USA Internet,
NBER Working Papers and Factiva, all of which I demonstrated in the
workshop are in the Finder, too, of course.
Finding Monographs and Manuals on Marketing
Research
Type one of these useful Library
of Congress Subject Headings into ASA, Lehigh's Library Catalog, change
the search to browse, then choose the subject search. Browse our
new titles retrieved. LCSH headings are used in many bibliographic
systems; for example, the NEW PRODUCTS subject works in Applied Science
and Technology Abstracts.

Directory of Company Histories provides articles on "the historical
development of the world's most important companies. So far, IDCD
has profiled 5,200 companies. Companies included must have
a minimum of UR $25 million in annual sales and are leaders in their industries
or regions. Each profile includes a 3 to 4 page history, a chronology,
principal subsidiaries, and suggestions for further reading. Indexed
by company name, geographic location, and industry.
