Deputy Provost for Faculty Affairs Search

Nominations are now being accepted for the Deputy Provost for Faculty Affairs position. This is an internal search and all candidates must be full professors. You can find a short description of the position here.

Faculty are asked to nominate colleagues that will be good in this role and willing to serve. Self-nominations are strongly encouraged.  Typically, the DPFA position is a 3-year appointment and in many cases holders will serve for two such terms.

The search committee will begin reviewing nominations immediately, with interviews occurring throughout the remainder of the fall semester. The goal is to have the new Deputy Provost named in the early Spring 2020 semester.

Submit nominations by December 4, including self-nominations, to Janele Krzywicki ( Nominated and willing candidates will be asked to provide a current CV with a short cover letter describing their interest .
