LTS continually strives to improve support to the Lehigh community. Tomorrow we launch our 2018 Client Satisfaction Survey, which will gather input and feedback on both library and technology-related services from randomly selected faculty, students, and staff. Your voice matters!

Teaching & Learning

• Save the date! The 2018 Symposium on Teaching and Learning will take place on April 11-12, 2018. The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) invites you to submit a proposal to present at the symposium.
• CITL workshop examines bias, critical thinking, and source evaluation: Working within Googlization: Assignment Design in the Age of (Mis)Information
• In case you missed it! Stephen Cartwright, artist and self-tracker, creates multi-dimensional maps and objects from data he collects about himself and his environment. He discusses his work in Turning Data into Art.

• Announcing the 2018 winners of the Libraries Student Research Prize for excellence in scholarship and research.
• Friends of the Lehigh Libraries event, March 27: Will Noel, Director, Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts, University of Pennsylvania presents Special Collections as Data: Historic Materials and Their Digital Dissemination.
• Pulitzer Prize-winning author Colson Whitehead delivers MLK talk at Lehigh, offers look into creative writing process and themes in ‘The Underground Railroad.’
• Valentine’s Day Book & Bake Sale raises $815 for local charity. Thank you!

• Featured Resource: Large email attachments are becoming a thing of the past. Files larger than 15MB usually can’t be transmitted by email, and some recipient inboxes have quota limits. FileSender is the solution!
