"What color were Asa Packer's eyes?" This question was posed to the LTS Help Desk and answered! (They were blue, by the way). The Help Desk team can tell you how to install MATLAB, where to borrow a webcam, how to use labels in Gmail, and more! If you've ever wondered who's on the other end of your lifeline day or night, meet the Help Desk Team!
