I want to sent  the following problem to the list.

Let $X$ be a finite CW-complex and $L_1,\cdots,L_n$ n complex linear bundles over
$X$, except for the Chern classes of $E=L_1\oplus \cdots \oplus E_n$, are there
other obstructions for $E$ be a trivial vector bundle.
