Papers from all areas of mathematics and statistics are encouraged as long as they are related to a real application. Papers related to the biological, medical or engineering sciences are strongly encouraged. All papers will be rigorously reviewed. Papers should be submitted to either of the co-editors-in-chief or the associate editors in the form of a PDF file. Hard copy submissions are strongly discouraged. The paper under submission should not be published, copyrighted and submitted elsewhere. The author/authors is/are required to submit the electronic version upon or prior to the acceptance of paper. The acceptance of the paper implies the copyright transfer to the publications automatically. INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS Manuscript must be prepared in English and prepared with double spacing u sing LATEX or AMS-LATEX using 12pt fonts and a minimum of 2.5 cm margins.
