Participants outside the GDR who would like to attend this conference can contact organizers directly to register: gdr07@math.univ-angers.fr The conference will take place at the "Accueil du Bon Pasteur", a conference center run by the Angers diocese. We have booked accomodations at the conference center for participants who need a support for housing, as a priority for junior topologists. If you wish to have such an accomodation, then please register to the conference by the end of September.
