In order to realize the full benefit from the course, it is desirable that participants have ample opportunity for informal exchange of experience and opinions with each other and with the lecturers and instrument suppliers. Therefore, arrangements have been made to have all meals together. Breakfast will be served at 7:15 am, lunch will be served at noon, and dinner will be served at 5:15 pm.
On Wednesday evening, there is a banquet in the Asa Packer Dining Room starting at 6:30 pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Please be sure to bring your banquet ticket with you on Wednesday (your ticket will be behind the nametag given to you at registration).
A handout describing breakfast, lunch, and dinner locations will be given to you in your registration packet when you check in for course registration after your arrival at Lehigh.
If you have dietary restrictions, please notify Nikki Rump (email@example.com) within two weeks of your arrival.
There is a $30 administrative fee for any changes to your registration after submission (addition or cancellation of meals or lodging). Cancellations for meals cannot be made after May 20.
