Selling It: “Marketing my degree was really easy because it was so unique! I knew that I wanted to teach, and with an IDEAS degree I had not only the content knowledge in engineering but also a real understanding of the “soft issues” that surround teaching. I was able to take my social science classes in subjects like women’s studies, society and technology, sociology of childhood, and education.”
