Subject: Position at Leicester Date: Tue, 31 Jul 2001 11:33:48 +0100 From: John Hunton Could the following advert please be posted on the topology mailing list. It is for a one year position that has come about through a colleague and I each being awarded Leverhulme Fellowships for next year. The job would essentially be a good one year post-doc with a reduced teaching load as suitable for someone at that stage. Could readers also forward it to any postdocs/finishing PhD's they think might be interested. I'd be happy to answer questions informally. Thanks, John Hunton. ______________________________________ Department of Mathematics & Computer Science University of Leicester England Lecturer A in Mathematics Available for 1 year from 1 September 2001 £20,066 to £23,954 pa Ref: A5449 Applicants for this fixed term lectureship should have teaching experience and be engaged in a strong research programme in some areas of Mathematics.
