John Greenlees Lectureship in Pure Mathematics ------------------------------- Department of Pure Mathematics University of Sheffield Applications are invited for a full-time Lectureship in Pure Mathematics, which will be tenable from 1 February 2002 or as soon as possible thereafter. Ideally the successful candidate will have research interests that link with those already established in the department, namely differential geometry (especially Poisson geometry and multiple structures), algebraic topology, algebraic number theory, functional analysis, and ring theory (both commutative and non-commutative); more details are on the departmental website at http://www.shef.ac.uk/~puremath/.
