Pre-notification for Conflict of Interest questionnaire |

Dear Members of the Campus Community, The Lehigh University Information Security Team is sending a pre-notification to faculty and staff who will receive the annual Lehigh Internal Audit Office Conflict of Interest (COI) Questionnaire. The email with the COI survey link will be sent within the next few days. This email will come with a link to the Qualtrics survey tool used by Lehigh for data collection, and is safe to log on and respond to. Please note that it is possible that this email may be marked as SPAM by the Lehigh email server security scanning processes and may be located in your SPAM folder.
