I'm writing to thank you for participating in the Library & Technology Services (LTS) satisfaction survey distributed in the Spring of 2016. Your feedback has enabled LTS to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses, and it also helps us to understand your present and future needs. We have already started to implement changes that address the requests and concerns articulated in the survey.
What has happened since you took the survey
Earlier this semester we shared the complete report prepared by our external survey consultant, MOR Associates. Based on these results, each LTS service area is developing an action plan for the future. This work is ongoing. We shared some initial actions taken in an LTS Talk newsletter published in October.
Looking forward
We are continuing our evaluation and goal-setting, and I'm pleased to share our continued progress at go.lehigh.edu/ltssurvey16.
