A reminder about getting help

As you begin the fall semester, make sure you take advantage of the library and technology resources available to you. The LTS Help Desk is a great place to start with any questions you have about email, networking, the libraries, public computing sites, and software, to name a few areas we can assist you with. If you have problems with your personal computing devices such as hardware issues and repairs, virus infections, operating system problems or any other technology-related issues the WIRED Program is available to assist you. WIRED Help can be requested by going to the LTS Help page at www.lehigh.edu/help or by coming to the WIRED Desk located on the bottom floor of the EWFM Computing Center.
