The 2016 Lehigh University Library & Technology Services Client Satisfaction Survey is about to begin

Greetings,

Library & Technology Services will be conducting a client satisfaction survey in the coming weeks to gather feedback from our clients on the quality of the services we provide to the Lehigh University community. We will use the data to establish a baseline on our current services and to help us prioritize improvement efforts going forward.

The survey will be conducted with a limited sample population of faculty, staff, and students. Please note that LTS staff members will not be included in the sample because this might be perceived as biasing the survey results.

To ensure confidentiality and objectivity, MOR Associates, an external consulting firm that has conducted similar surveys on behalf of Penn State, Stanford, MIT, and many other universities, will help us design, administer, and report out the survey. MOR’s analysis, along with improvement opportunities identified as a result of this survey, will be shared with the campus.
