Pre-notification for Conflict of Interest questionnaire |

Dear Members of the Campus Community, The Lehigh Information Security Team is doing a pre-notification to University email users who are set to receive the annual Conflict of Interest (COI) Questionnaire that is sent by the Lehigh Internal Audit Department. As a security team we have decided to pre-notify all those who will be contacted for their responses, that this email will come with hyperlinks from the Survey Tool Qualtrics that Lehigh is using for such data collection, and that the links and associated logon processing for this campaign are safe to utilize. We also want users to be aware that it is possible that those notices may be marked as SPAM by the Lehigh email server security scanning processes and you may find the notice located in your SPAM folder. Mailing of the COI will occur within the next few days. Should you have any questions regarding this notice please do not hesitate to contact Information Security at 610-758-3994.
