Lehigh email server to be upgraded November 1

You are receiving this message because you are using Lehigh’s legacy mail server, mail.lehigh.edu. This system has reached its end-of-life and will be upgraded on November 1. The new server will enhance the reliability, power, and efficiency of email service.

This upgrade will bring changes in how email works. We will be sending out information about upcoming changes and details about what to expect over the next few weeks.

Please note:

• Read the upcoming announcements! While not every email user will notice a difference in email functionality, others will be impacted
• No disruption of service (downtime) is anticipated
• Lehigh Gmail users are not affected by this upgrade

LTS recommends people who are using the legacy mail service move to the new Lehigh Gmail. Lehigh Gmail provides more enhanced features and greater storage capacity than our internal mail can provide. LTS staff are available to help you make this transition smoothly.
