Banner scheduled outage: May 17-18, 2014

Banner will be unavailable on Saturday, May 17, 2014 starting at 8:00 AM through Sunday, May 18, 2014 ending at approximately 6:00 PM for system maintenance.

Services that will be unavailable during maintenance include:

• Lehigh password and Banner PIN changes
• New user account openings (for access to email, portal and other online resources)
• Self Service Banner (SSB), including:
• Student Services (registration, grades, bursar records, credit card services)
• Faculty Services (faculty channels, advisor information)
• Employee Services (payroll information and time sheets)
• Internet Native Banner (INB)
• Access databases linked to Production Banner and associated reporting databases
• Online Admissions Applications linked directly to Banner
