Husband David Johnson teaches American literature at LAFAYETTE COLLEGE.    His biography of Conrad Richter will be published this year by Penn State Press.
Kate produces the homepage at HBO.COM, where she is a writer and associate producer for the web site for the Sex and the City program.   She graduated from college magna cum laude May 2000 from  BRYN MAWR COLLEGE  where she was awarded the McPherson Fellowship.  She won second place in the Trollope Prize, given by Harvard University for undergraduate writing on Trollope's work.  Her paper is titled "The Authenticity of Lies in Anthony Trollope's The Eustace Diamonds."
