Two riders pass through the village of Llandegla. This is a good place to stop for the night, but I was unable to find a room and had to continue on to the Clwyd Gate crossroads, near Ruthin. The man in the doorway to the left is known as "Uncle Dan" (Daniel Jones), aged 91 and he has lived in Llandegla all his life.
