Pool Quay to Trefonen
MFrom Pool Quay, there's a lovely
stretch of walk through farm country along the Severn River. The river cuts
a deep swath through the fields, is deep and swift- flowing and inhabited
by swans. There's a short climb and then descent into Trefonen, which is
close to Oswestry across the border, a bigger town that's a good site for
shopping and banking.
