Day Four -
14.75 miles
Hay-on-Wye to Kington
MThis is a pleasant day's walk. It
starts with a gradual climb away from the River Wye into the hills and continues
through pastoral country, some easy climbs of smalls hills, a nice forest,
up over a bracken-covered hillside and gradually down into Kington. Kington
is a nice small town, not so touristy as Hay. It's a market town with Wednesdays
being market day. Some nice restaurants and pubs and a variety of B&Bs.
