Please note that the final character in the list name is the letter "L",
NOT the number "1" - though the name is not case-sensitive - , and that
you will need to replace "Jill SoccerCoachGuru" with your NAME - what
people call you, NOT with your e-mail address - what computers call you.
Your e-mail address is picked out of the headers of your mail. This
means that you should send all administrative mail (in other words,
mail connected with managing your subscription) from the same place
where you initially subscribed, and will get all list-mail (in other
words, mail sent by other list members to the list as a whole) at that
same address.
