Phillip Drumheiser, Esq. has a solo law practice in Carlisle, PA, which has focused for the past 15 years on special education inclusive education practices and school discipline issues for public school students. He estimates that he has attended IEP meetings in approximately 150 Pennsylvania school districts. Phillip is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and following twenty years of military service attended and graduated from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA.
