We have recently conducted an in-depth analysis of the
graduation and retention patterns of undergraduate students
based on the 1994 to 1998 first-time freshman cohorts.  The
document titled Graduation and Retention Patterns 1994-1998
is an overview of methodology and a summary of the results
of they analysis.  The remaining five "Phase" reports contain
fuller descriptions of the methodology, statistical comparisons
and data tables on each topic area.
