This is the equipment that connects Lehigh to the Internet and Internet2. At the top are redundant fiber boxes that travel over SecTV fiber to our Internet connection at Fastnet. Our Internet2 connection travels over the same fiber to MAGPI in Philadelphia. The next 2 boxes are redundant Cisco 7206 routers that connect Lehigh to the Internet and Internet2. The bottom box is the front view of the Cisco 4506 backbone switch that we saw in the last pic.
