Q: What happened to my mail box?
A: You no longer need to access your mailbox, but instead will receive personal service at the counter of Mail at Campus Square.
Q: What is someone sends something to my old box number?
A: Your mail or package will be internally forwarded to your new box number.
Q: Are you cash only like the Post Office in Ulrich was?
A: No, we accept cash, major credit cards and GoldPlus.
Q: Can I email files to you for copying services?
A: Yes, please email to mailatcs@lehigh.edu and specify how many copies, what size, what kind of paper stock and any binding requested.
You can also use the EasyOnlineOrder site for this, found at www.lehigh.edu/printing.
Q: Do you print posters and banners?
A: Yes. Large format print jobs are sent to the main Printing and Mailing Services headquarters on Mountaintop campus, but can be ordered
at Mail at Campus Square.
Q: Do you offer design services?
A: Yes. This service is located at the Mountaintop building. Please call 8-5407 or email inpri@lehigh.edu for more information.
Q: Can we order t-shirts, water bottles, mugs, magnets, etc for my club/fraternity/sorority?
A: Yes, we offer a full line of promotional products. Catalogs and samples are available at Mail at Campus Square, and online at
www.lehigh.edu/~inubs/printing/promoproducts.shtml.
