Mail at Campus Square – Advertising Opportunities

Mail at Campus Square offers advertising packages to reach the Lehigh student body. Mail at Campus Square hosts two televisions that are used for advertising to student customers. These televisions rotate advertisements at the rate of 10 seconds per ad.

In an effort to support sustainability, Lehigh Printing and Mailing Services will no longer print fliers to be placed in every single mailbox (with no addresses supplied). Instead, Mail at Campus Square has display space available for fliers/brochures/menus/etc to be displayed. We recommend printing 250 fliers for display at Mail at Campus Square.

Advertising Packages:

  • Package #1:
    • Ad on Mail at Campus Square TVs for One Month
    • Fliers placed in Mail at Campus Square
    • Cost: $50 + cost of flier printing ($.10 per Black & White copy, $.40 per Color copy)
  • Package #2:
    • Ad on Mail at Campus Square TVs for Two Weeks
    • Fliers placed in Mail at Campus Square
    • Cost: $25 + cost of flier printing ($.10 per Black & White copy, $.40 per Color copy)
  • Package #3:
    • Ad on Mail at Campus Square TVs for One Month
    • Fliers placed in Mail at Campus Square
    • Design: Flier information designed into ad that will fit the MACS TVs ad specs
    • Cost: $75 + cost of printing ($.10 per Black & White copy, $.40 per Color copy)
  • Package #4:
    • Ad on Mail at Campus Square TVs for Two Weeks
    • Fliers placed in Mail at Campus Square
    • Design: Flier information designed into ad that will fit the MACS TVs ad specs
    • Cost: $50 + cost of printing ($.10 per Black & White copy, $.40 per Color copy)
  • Specials for Student Groups:
    • If printing fliers, free TV advertisement for Two Weeks with the purchase
    • If not printing fliers, 50% off packages above

Ad Specs:

Fliers intended for print are not seen clearly from these TVs. We recommend:

  • Redesign for Visibility
    • Due to the size of the TVs and their distance from customers, all ads must have a font size of 38 pt or higher.
    • Include only the essential information
    • Utilize more space by using a landscape layout
  • Content
    • All content must be targeted at Lehigh University students
    • All content must be provided 3 days before launch
  • Format
    • All content must be provided in a .jpg file.

All advertising will be reviewed and posted at the discretion of Lehigh University Business Services. Advertising policies and fees are subject to change without notice.

An invoice will be emailed within 2 days of receiving an advertisement request. Checks should be made payable to Lehigh University and sent to:
