UBS Puts Customer Service First
Recently, several staff members from University Business Services participated in a customer service workshop. The workshop concentrated on the challenges faced and the “Way of UBS,” which consists of qualities including respect, thoughtfulness, honesty, accountability, high expectations, compassion and more.
The first session was presented by Michelle Rebholz, a Greek life coordinator in Student Affairs, and the second session was facilitated by Ann Haggerty Raines, from ASQ . There will be a second work shop in May or June, which all remaining UBS staff members will attend.
