Customer Services Comes First for University Business Services
On March 5, 2012, a group of staff members from University Business Services participated in a customer service workshop at the UC. The group consisted of staff from the following UBS departments: Parking & Transportation Services, Printing & Mailing Services, Purchasing Services, Trademarks & Licensing and Campus Square.
The workshop concentrated on the challenges faced while providing customer service, and the processes that can be created and innovated in order to experience success. Staff members worked together to brainstorm and develop the framework for a set of customer service standards that represent the “Way of Lehigh.”
The workshop was facilitated by Ann Haggerty Raines, from ASQ .
