Information for Prospective H-1B Visa Holders

The following information is detailing the procedures to obtain the H-1B Visa through your employment at Lehigh University. The application process, from the date of compiling information to the date of approval from Immigration, can take up to three months. Application process should begin at least four to six months prior to the prospective employee's start date.
