Why does email sent from CourseInfo appear in one long line?

The CourseInfo email system does not automatically wrap long lines of text. However, you can configure your mail program to wrap long lines by following these steps:

1. From Netscape Messenger, click on Edit, then click on Preferences.
2. Click on Messages under the Mail & Newsgroups category.
3. On the right hand side, you will see a section labeled "Message Wrapping." Check the box next to "Wrap incoming, plain text messsages..."
4. Enter a number of characters in the next line (72 should work well).
5. Click on OK.
