Course Descriptions
201. Legal Environment of Business: The study of the legal relationships of business and government, business and society and the individual and society. The case method is used to develop analytical skills. Introduction to contract law and the law of sales underlying the free market system. Prerequisite: ECO 1. *Online section requires use of course management system either Course Site or Blackboard, High Speed Connection, and Elluminate Sessions.
202. Business Law: The law of agency, business organizations, secured transactions, bankruptcy and negotiable instruments. Prerequisite: LAW 201. *Online section requires use of course management system either Course Site or Blackboard, High Speed Connection, and Elluminate Sessions.
