298. Social Media and Digital Community: Media professionals are trying to incorporate an endless array of social media tools into how they do their work, but how do we measure success? This immersive course will examine the theory and practice of social media in journalism, strategic communication, marketing, and online groups. We’ll study how online communities work and thrive, plus practical strategies on how to find and converse with user-creator audiences in digital spaces. SS
