What is an Urban Ops Squad Leader?


Squad Leaders are upper-class students who help facilitate the Urban Ops PreLUsion experience for first-year students. Squad Leaders guide new students as they learn and practice critical skills that will be beneficial to a successful transition into various groups at Lehigh University. Leaders are responsible for developing a cohesive unit that understand how to problem solve, communicate and make decisions in a group setting in preparation for their mission into New York City. Throughout the experience, Squad Leaders will learn valuable skills to help better analyze their own leadership and communication skills During the mission experience the squad leader assumes the role of a double agent observing, chronicling and highlighting the intricacies of the squadron for use at the squad debriefing.
