Greek Life Leadership Programs

The GEM EXPERIENCE For New Members

Thirty-five (35) new members are selected each Spring semester to participate in this leadership development program during the fall of their sophomore year. Participants receive mentoring from juniors and seniors in the Greek community and engage in 6 training sessions and an overnight retreat. As a result of this experience, sophomore leaders:

GEM was great because I got to know a variety of different people in the Greek community in a situation that was other than a social one. The Ropes course trip was great!
