Greek Life Leadership Development

The Greek Life Leadership Development program at Lehigh University aims to encourage leadership in the university’s vibrant fraternity and sorority community.  Programs are available for chapters AND individuals who are interested in leadership education and development.  Anyone from a chapter President to a brand new Greek member is invited to take part in one of our initiatives.  Please visit the Programs link to learn more about how you can become involved!

Mission Statement

The Greek Life Leadership Development Program works to complement and support the larger mission of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs at Lehigh University. We utilize the transformational leadership theory to develop and enhance student's leadership skills and understanding. We empower students to raise one another to higher levels of motivation and moral reasoning. Through innovative and intentional educational programs and opportunities, we strive to develop a community of chapters and individuals who value positive leadership and utilize it to contribute to the greater success of Greek Life, Lehigh University, and the larger Bethlehem community.
