EVERquEST

What is EVERquEST?

EVERquEST is a teambuilding program designed to help groups work more efficiently and cooperatively through experiential learning. In our minds, building a team is very similar to climbing a mountain – it’s a process that requires acclimation, patience and hard work. A tour guide will guide you through a 60 to 90 minute session that will allow your group to reach the “summit” of one of the world’s highest mountains and through the process improve your team’s group dynamics and performance.

What groups can benefit by climbing with EVERquEST?

Each of the four sessions will help teams at different stages of group development and interaction to become a more cohesive and productive unit. Groups can select the mountain that they think corresponds to their particular needs or contact the Office of Student Leadership Development for guidance on which mountain to ascend.

What do I wear/Prerequisites of a mountaineer?

Sneakers and sporty clothing. Please be mindful of what you wear, no skirts or dresses. You need to be physically and medically fit to participate. You must also have a true desire and commitment to learn. Highly motivated groups that are willing to take responsibility for their own learning will get the greatest benefit from an EVERquEST program.
