Through this process, the committee is largely responsible for setting the curriculum for the entire conference. In addition, this committee keeps track of all submissions - from both students and potential presenters - and keeps track of who is attending and where they are coming from.

The marketing and Branding Committee is responsible for the promotion of the conference. First and foremost, this committee created the "Altitude" name to be used for the annual leadership conference. The committee has molded a brand for the conference that will be integrated in promotional materials and at the event itself. Besides creating an identity for the Altitude conference, this committee is charged with creating a buzz throughout Lehigh's campus and other LVAIC and Eastern Pennsylvania schools. This involves the creation of Altitude's website as well as endorsement through on-campus communication outlets and contacting leadership departments at other schools. The committee seeks to create a strong, recognizable brand for the Altitude conference and then promote it in an appropriate method that will elicit attendance and in turn strengthen the Altitude brand.

The Assessment Committee has a dual role in the planning and execution of the Altitude Conference. The first role is as a monitor and reviewer of progress towards the goal of hosting the leadership conference at Lehigh University. In this role the committee reviews the internal workings of Phase 4 of Leadership Lehigh. Through group surveys and team leader questionnaires, the Assessment Committee is able to keep an updated global perspective on the progress of the group. The secondary role of the committee is to develop and execute a complete review of the conference and to seek feedback from participants to discover all of the conference's strengths and weaknesses.
