12th Annual
2013 Spring Fling
April 6, 2013
University Center Lawn, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
What is Spring Fling?
Spring Fling is the Community Service Office's annual carnival that provides cost-free food, crafts and entertainment for families and children for a day. Every year we select a kid-friendly theme and decorate our University Center’s Front Lawn for our event. The students participate in an egg hunt and go through tables full of crafts and games hosted by Lehigh volunteers. Clowns and magicians walk around entertaining the guests. We also have activities for parents, such as a Cake Walk and a cooking class where recipes are taught that can be made on a low budget. Last year marked the eleventh year our office has put on Spring Fling for families in our community, and a record-breaking one thousand people were in attendance. The overall goal of Spring Fling is to bring different campus organizations together to provide a day of fun, education and nutritious food for local families, and we look forward to being able to plan another exciting Spring Fling this year!
