Living off-campus this year or next year? 

Come discuss some of the most common issues that many off-campus students experience. Learn basics on leases and payments, tips for maintaining a healthy landlord/tenant relationship and how to address security concerns related to off-campus housing. Guest speakers will include local landlords, city officials, and representatives from the Bethlehem Police Department and LUPD as well as current off-campus students.  Come with your friends and housemates and get the uncensored version on what to expect when living in The Real World: Bethlehem!

Announcing student advocate CL Lindsay's return to campus on Thursday, February 5th! If you missed him last year, Lindsay will again present the topic of “Throwing a Police-Free Party”. He will address issues such as ID checking, kegs, talking to your neighbors, walking alone and noise pollution; students will also be able to ask questions. Lindsay speaks at colleges and universities nationwide on topics such as student rights, getting a grade changed, and the ever-controversial Facebook. His book The College Student's Guide to the Law is referred to as "a must-have for every college student" on Amazon.com <http://amazon.com/>, but Student Senate present you with the live version of CL Lindsay! All students are encouraged to attend this entertaining hour of advice and Q&A!
