When you first move into your room…
1. A Room Condition Form (RCF) has been prepared for your room. It will indicate the initial condition of the room and its furnishings. Please Note: All furniture provided in the room must remain in the room.
2. Review the condition of everything. Look for such things as stickers, adhesive, hooks, nails, holes, writing, or tears. These are things that could be considered student damage and billed to you when you check-out if they are not noted at check-in.
3. Report any discrepancies by the 10th day of class to the Office of Residential Services by returning your RCF or submitting the discrepancies online by clicking here.
