In order to accommodate special housing needs during the housing process, all medical considerations for special housing placement must be documented and approved no later than Wednesday, January 22, 2014, for rising 3rd, 4th, & 5th year students or Friday, March 7, 2014, for rising 2nd year students.
Air Conditioning: The attending physician must fill out the Medical Form for an Air Conditioner and return it to Residential Services.
No carpet: The attending physician must send a detailed letter to Residential Services outlining medical needs.
Other: Outside of a medical need for air conditioner or no carpet, all medical considerations must be registered through the Office of Academic Life & Student Transition. Please visit the website for more information about the documentation required.
