Leave of Absence, Withdraw, or Transfer from the University:

Official notice of non-return must be completed through the Office of Academic Life and Student Transitions.

If you do not return to Lehigh University because of a medical reason, or are dropped from the University due to academic reasons, you are entitled to a full refund of the Housing Deposit if applicable and will not be held to fall semester housing charges.

If you do not return to Lehigh University for any reason other than those listed above, you are entitled to a partial refund of the Housing Deposit if applicable in accordance with the refund schedule published herein but will not be held to the fall semester housing charges.

Students who sign a Payment Commitment instead of making the Housing Deposit will be charged the penalty amount on their Bursar account if applicable.
