Cancellation Prior to Housing Selection:

Once a Housing & Meal Plan Contract is signed, if you choose to remove yourself from the Housing Process before selecting a residence hall space, the Housing & Meal Plan Contract will be void. You will lose $50.00 of your Housing Deposit or be billed $50.00 if you filled out a Payment Commitment. This penalty is assessed for having held a space in the process.

Upon selecting a residence hall space, the Housing & Meal Plan Contract becomes a legally binding agreement with Lehigh University to reside in University Residence Hall housing for the full academic year consisting of Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 semesters.
